Configure your e-mail settings

You will find this module in the Admin PowerBox.

The E-Mail Settings section is where you configure the behavior of your Shop when sending emails to customers, users, agents, and so on. You can also see your Email Logs, check your Email Reports, and send yourself test emails to be sure that everything is working right.

By the end of this tutorial, you’ll be able to:

  • Configure your default email sender.
  • Define the default “From” field of the emails you (automatically) send.
  • Set a custom Mailer for your emails (Amazon SES, Google, Outlook, SendGrid, or your own STMP server).
  • How to check your Email Logs and dive into your Email Reports.
  • Send a test email to see how the emails are sent and configure the HTML or plain text format.
