We are working on a future API integration with WhatsApp payments to enhance the existing implementation.

Recommendations:
– Use this feature sparingly and primarily for small events.
– Set up a dedicated phone number for this service, separate from your official number.
– Keep in mind that if multiple users mark your number as spam, the phone number could be blocked.

In the Notifications Log section, you can check every communication that has been sent through your system, showing the following info:

  • Title: The title of the notification (by default, it will be WhatsApp Notification).
  • ID: The unique ID of the notification sent.
  • Template: The name of the template that has been sent.
  • To: The number of the recipient of the notification.
  • Subject: The subject of the notification, if any (WhatsApp does not support Subjects).
  • Message: The message that has been sent.
  • Order: The ID of the order that has been created prior to sending the notification.
  • Booking: The Booking ID of the order.
  • Date: The date and time that the notification was sent.
this is a Tip

If you click on the Title, you will be redirected to a new page showing the complete info of the notification. And if you click on the Order number, you can check the order details.
