View detailed logs of emails sent from your site, track delivery, and identify any issues with email sending.

Admin  >>> E-Mail Settings >>> Email Log

In this view, you can check your Email Log to find every email sent through your shop/site. It allows you to see the following fields of emails sent:

  • Subject.
  • From.
  • To.
  • Source.
  • Mailer.
  • Opened (yes/no).
  • Clicked (yes/no).
  • Date Sent.

If you wish, you can filter your email logs to check out how your sent emails are performing. You can filter them by different settings, as shown in the GIF below:

  • Email addresses.
  • Subject & Headers.
  • Content.
  • Error messages.
  • Source.
